Often after a hospital stay due to an illness or surgery, an individual requires rehabilitation. Our Rehab to Home services are the best in the area! Our physical, occupational and speech therapy services have successfully returned many individuals to their homes after a short stay.

We offer spacious rooms and provide our guests with a bed, TV, nightstand, and comfortable sitting areas. You can be rest assured knowing you will feel at home while you concentrate on getting stronger.

Regular care conferences are held with the resident and their family to evaluate rehabilitation progress and keep you abreast of resources available for your transition home once therapies are completed.
